Alright, alright... I'm back.

So, here The Fledgling Photographer continues...

Since my last post, I've taken tens of thousands of photos. To get caught up from some of that, I may post a couple a day for a while... or I'll just continue from now.

Anyways, the blog is back. And they all rejoiced.

BUT FIRST!

I may be absent for the next week or so because of a little trip... remember my 4-month trip overseas earlier this year (see old blog posts if you're unsure)?

Well, yeah... I'm going back to Italy. So, that'll be the next few things. :) It'll be like old times!

Last weekend, I was in Chicago. I visited some of the worship places of many of the world's major religions. If there is any hope for the future of the world, it is with situations like this:

A Sikh and a protestant Christian sit down on Nov.15 and have a conversation about "differences" after we all attended a Sikh worship service earlier that night. I tell you, my friends, if you ever visit a Sikh place of worship, you'll feel right at home. They are probably some of the most generous, most welcoming people I have ever dealt with.

They treat you like you've always been there. In fact, they fed all 85 students after the services... and not buffet style. They SERVED it as we all sat on the floor and conversed.

I took photos.

It was quite enlightening.

Maybe it should be a requirement for everyone to do this kind of thing...

...the world MIGHT just become a better place.

Stay tuned. The next post will be from overseas... again.
