Finally... night.

I finally got to see the Acropolis at night... from a rooftop.

Sadly, I do not own a good tripod, so these were balanced on the ledge of a 9 story building. I think that kind of fall would have taken more than just my lens...

;)


Looks kinda slanted... like that... but I assure you, the Acropolis slopes upward that way.

You all should visit someday and see for yourself. Put that on your bucket list.

Speaking of bucket list: my bucket list is actually looking pretty good right now. Next weekend I'm going to see 2 more of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. That will make my total 5 of the 7 - maybe I'll head out to Baghdad for the Hanging Gardens of Babylon someday.
